We thought we’d do something a little different. From the minds of the brewers at Baying Hound, they embarked on making a stout… but white.
It has a deceivingly lower ABV, weighing in at only 3%. A blend of malts was used to aid in a slightly thicker body to give it that stout like mouth feel. Refreshing!
Named in tribute to a little robotic dog who traveled through space and time in a blue box that was bigger on the inside.

For fans of Elder Scrolls:
Barbas is a dog found along the road outside Falkreath. He is the only talking dog in the game. Barbas is Clavicus Vile‘s companion, a supernatural creature that usually takes the form of a dog.
We went a little different on this IPA. Our brewers were sitting around one day pondering, “What would roasted or charred hops taste like in a beer?” So we roasted some and tossed it in. The result, a nice hop forward IPA.
A dry blond ale with just a touch of mango added.
Named for the beloved companion of a dear friend of Paul Rinehart‘s. Paul was there when Bella first came into his friend’s life and grew attached to this beautiful, friendly, and loving hound.
You will be missed Bella, chase a lot of balls and tree some squirrels in the happy canine hunting grounds! And say hello to Marmalade.
A mild brown ale hopped with three homegrown hop varieties from our founder’s backyard.
