Ontario Lamb Sliders

One of my personal favorites.  They are easy to make, not to mention, I really like lamb!  This recipe was from our second season and the first episode I edited.  If you want to watch the episode, click here.


1 1⁄2 lbs ground lamb

1 chopped shallot

1 egg

salt and pepper to taste

Lamb Sliders Preparation

In a bowl, add the shallot, meat, and egg. Mix with your hands until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.

Form into small patties.

Grill until desired doneness.

Serve on a small roll with your favorite toppings.
