1 1⁄2 lbs ground lamb
1 chopped shallot
salt and pepper to taste
Lamb Sliders Preparation
In a bowl, add the shallot, meat, and egg. Mix with your hands until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
Form into small patties.
Grill until desired doneness.
Serve on a small roll with your favorite toppings.
