Chicken Tenders Diablo




1 lb. chicken tenders

1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard

3-4 tbsp. cayenne pepper



1⁄4 cup vinegar

1⁄4 cup olive oil

1-2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

1⁄4 cup sour cream

salt and pepper

Chicken Tenders Preparation

Mix the mustard and cayenne together into a paste.

Coat the chicken in the paste and let it sit for a few minutes.

Carefully remove the excess coating and skewer with bamboo skewers.

Place on the grill and cook until done (8-10 minutes.) If unsure of done-
ness, finish cooking it in a 350 degree oven. Serve with the dressing.

For the dressing

In a bowl, add the sour cream, mustard, and vinegar.

Whisk it together.

While whisking, add the oil slowly, doing your best to incorporate it. Add the sour cream and the chives. Season with salt and pepper.
