You could include this as a collaborative. We sourced two local ingredients for this brew. Just down the street from us is Mayorga Coffee and a little further up is Twin Valley Distillers. We added a generous amount of locally roasted Nicaraguan coffee and aged it over oak soaked in locally distilled spirits. Can you guess what’s in this beer, the name should give it away. Copious amounts of roasted marshmallows went into this, graham crackers were added to the mash, and yup…we added some chocolate.
