Dobermann Sour(Sour)

Fermented with wild yeast and buckthorn (used in a similar fashion as hops, thought it also has wild yeast on the bark). Brewed with generous amounts of Hibiscus and near puckering sourness, but not over board.

Malts:2 Row Pale, Vienna, rye
Hops:Buckthorn, Willamette
Other:Hibiscus, Rosehip, Orange rind, Chamomile
