Below are beers we have brewed, some are distributed (like our flagahip beers), while others are one offs or popular experiments we bring back.
Named for a particular shade of the largest breed of dog in the world, the “Gentle Giant,” the English Mastiff.
Apricot aroma is rather pronounced followed by a lingering fruity flavor with a touch of bitterness.
The Hound of Ulster was created as a nod to one of the brewers’ Irish heritage. Named for Cú Chulainn also known as the “Hound of Ulster.”
Can you guess what’s in this beer, the name should give it away. Copious amounts of roasted marshmallows went into this, graham crackers were added to the mash, and yup…we added some chocolate.
A brown with fruit like notes just a hint of smoke.
Tindalos is named for the Hound of Tindalos, a fictional creature created by Frank Belknap Long for the Cthulhu Mythos of H. P. Lovecraft.
Brewed with copious amounts of pumpkin and just a touch of spice and vanilla. Rye was added to help bring out more of the spicy nuances.
The first of three competition beers, brewed by Justin Messimore and Harlee Kramer. Brewed with lactose to give it a little creaminess and residual sweetness.
Light sweet, slightly sweet with a pleasing orange flavor.
Named for one of owner’s dogs, Val. We’re also sticking to our founder’s Norse roots, so we tacked on “Halla.”
We hope you enjoy this milk stout.
